Good news! Your product is protected from defects and breakdowns caused by normal wear and tear. This Protection Plan covers your product above and beyond the manufacturer's warranty. This plan does not cover accidental damage, or damage caused by abuse or misuse, so be nice to your stuff. :-)

When is it covered?

If Purchased, The Extended Warranty Will Simply Extend The Current Manufacturer's Warranty Agreement That Is Included With Every Purchase Of A Evolution Cpap. The Extended Warranty Will Cover The Same Items As The Included Warranty For The Number Of Years

Purchased, Starting The Day After The Initial 2 Year Warranty Is Up.

Meaning, The Included Warranty Starts The Day Of Purchase, And If That Day Was January 1, 2020, Then Included Manufacturer’s Warranty Will End December 31, 2022 At 11:59 PM. If The Buyer Had Purchased A 1 Year Extended Warranty, Then That Warranty Agreement Will Commence January 1, 2023 At 12:00 Am And End December 31, 2023 At 11:59 PM.

PROTECTION PLAN SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is not a Contract of Insurance

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, as it describes the protection You will receive in return for Your payment of the purchase price of this Agreement.

The Purchase Of This Agreement Is Not Required To Either Purchase Your Covered Product Or To Obtain Financing; (2) This Agreement Does Not Replace The Manufacturer’s Warranty Or Selling Retailer’s Limited Product Warranty, If Any, On Your Covered Product.

For All Warranty Issues, Registration And Proof Of Purchase Is Required. CODs Are Not Accepted. Products Repaired Or Replaced Under This Warranty Will Not Incur Re-shipping Charges. Under This Warranty, The Sole Remedy Shall Be Repair Or Replacement At Evolution Cpap Discretion.

This Warranty Does Not Cover Product Failures Due To Misuse, Abuse, Improper Maintenance. It Does Cover Product Breakdown Due To Normal Wear And Tear, Defects Or Mechanical Failures, And Typical Required Periodic Replacement Of Products.

Limitation Damages: Evolution Cpap Shall Not Be Liable For Any Incidental Or Consequential Damages For Breach Of Any Express Or Implied Warranty On This Product.

No Liability Arising From Its Use, However, Can Be Accepted By The Company, Who Reserves The Right, Without Prior Notice, To Alter The Specifications, Construction, Or Content Of Its Equipment At The Company’s Own Discretion
